i don't dare say it was my best, but i dare say, i did my best.
12:08. A pathetic time.
But anyway, for the first time, i experienced chest pains and difficulty in breathing.
It was quite horrible and i almost gave up halfway. But i'm glad i didn't (:
I guess the factors that attributed to poor health and fitness is:
1) Sleeping after 1am everynight
2) not eating sufficient meat. in other words, my nutrition
3) not training enough, like sometimes, i swim like 2 to 3 times a week only
4) my mind is just overly stressed out

I've to lead a better lifestyle, i swear.
