new year 2010! PART 2/ It's 2010!! / 5.1.11
BBQ with AM-ers, got to know them better heheh. Kenneth, the guy in the first pic is a hyperactive child. He kept jamming his head against my chest/shoulder- i almost cried. HHAHA, LUCKILY, Ian and Shawn was there to help me :) Shawn said Ian slapped him before hahaha joke! But really, hyperactive kids are no joke. They seriously can't take sugar AT ALL. He kept snatching my phone and camera, and kept shouting into my ear "WHY AREN'T YOU FLYING?!!?!" when we were trying to fly the kite.
The food was OH DAYUMMMMMM. IT WAS THE BEST. (Y)
Left early when most people arrived. Didn't get to see Christabel though! :>
Rushed to North Vale @ CCK, excited to have some fun with my couzies, but oh gosh, it was a let down. I'm so sorry for being blunt. But that night was one of the worst new year's eve i ever had. 1st, some of my relatives were missing, so the crowd understandably shrunk- and it's not like as if we have huge families. 2nd, there wasn't any activities planned at all! It was a complete fail to say the least hahaah.
YA WELL. I WAS DREADING MY LAST MOMENTS OF 2010.
So glad i took off for home the minute the clock struck.
yijane came to sleepover in the end! but guess how i spent the first few hours of 2011? YOU CANNOT BELIEVE IT. we stayed up to 2:30 to do WORK. crazy her. She wanted me to teach her physics even though it was past midnight. ohmygoodness. yeah well, that gave me a chance to actually touch Mr Foo's genetics slides. Surprisingly interesting and engaging.
Sat and Sun, i went to IKEA with my parents and yijane to get my room revamp project done. Well, the cupboard can only be sent this coming sat, so i'm still waiting. But currently, my entire house is just drunk. It has never been in such a messy state in my 16 years of living.
2010- (this is really late). But anyhoos, i felt this year quite ok. Yknow, i shouldn't just blog about academics, cause it isn't everything. And i shouldn't say that it's a roller coaster, cause life's a roller coaster, so 2010 isn't an exception. I'm glad 2010 is over, and i actually want 2012 to come, so that dooms day just hits everyone on earth and i don't need to live this life anymore. I'd go to Mars, or even Jupiter to explore the world i've been thinking about. and maybe i'd be able to find a miracle plant there to cure all my injuries. But thanks for your help if you've ever helped me the past 16 years! Deeply appreciated :D
