WOW, it's like week 6!!!
Time really flies.

haha, i'm starting to read broader perspectives now. It's really quite interesting, and i'm quite glad that i actually subscribed to it :D It's more for GP, but it's okay, i can always build up my general knowledge starting from now!

This week was quite horrible. Have been sleeping past 12midnight, and occassionally 1:30am because of projects. I don't know whether my late nights are the effects of homwork or youtube. haha, i seem to be horribly distracted by the myriads of interesting entertainment news on the web. Got to get rid of this bad habit!

A good way to end off this week is to train hard!
Yesterday's main set was 4 x 50m sprint with plunging. After each 50m, warmdown 150m. Since hardly anyone came, i had to swim in the first group, with Andrew, Andy and Xiu Wen. Oh gosh, it was terrible! It's my first time actually. I'm usually in the second group. Yeap, 30s for all 4! WOOTS! haha

A bad way to start chinese new year.
Today's run was hopeless. 21:18 for 4km compared to my previous effort of 20:20. I think this great disparity can be attributed to my tightness of my leg muscles. After sprinting yesterday, i didn't stretch as i had to rush for tuition. So, when i woke up this morning, my hamstrings and calf really hurt! Aww man, what a disastrous run D: Also, i'm falling sick, i can feel my sore throat coming back. Need to drink lotsa water or else i can't eat anything during the chinese new year festive ):
