Year 2009. / 2.1.10
so. year 2009.
helping words anyone?

ahh well. it's really just a mix. I suppose it's my first year where everything just went wrongly sports-wise. wrist fracture, knee and shoulder and forearm injury (plus, not a single doctor could point out my problem). Hopefully, all these will stay away from me forever. but well, i'm an injury magnet. but i really want to thank my swimming mates for making training so full of laughter and joy! (esp during the June hols when i had to study for mid years. i wake up every morning, anticipating training so that i can relieve some stress.) and thank you for helping me improve after my super duper long 3 month break.

next, school. new school, new environment, new friends. really thankful for my supportive friends who helped me pull through my first year in ip. 1. Catherine my fatimah! thanks for being my 'maid' hehehe and well, understanding situations, and eating with me, and walking with me, and laughing with me, and doing projects with me, and being the hardworking one who makes me feel like i ought to get my butt off the bed and start work. oh oh! and being a berylite fan! I'm close to receiving a free medium cup with 3 free toppings yknow! 2. teh/your honour! even though your suaning skills are superb, i'll still say stuff. thanks for showing me what it really means to like what you do, to go all out just to accomplish sth. & even though you will never admit that your results are excellent, it is! seeing the drive that you have gave me that motivation to work harder. & thanks for all the "motivational talk"! bet you'll get the "all rounder" award next year. 3. dawn, shirlene, noorul, annabel, jiamin!! for helping me overcome all my obstacles. & making me who i am today.

oh right, this year isn't really a good one. it's a sad one ): just look at 2008 and you'll understand. it's like. i'm so lazy to train, i'm always tired during training, i'm so relaxed. but i'll never get that drive to do well in sports anymore. it's gone, forever gone, cause now, there's no need to dsa into any junior college already. it's gone...
