Time flies. / 6.12.09
yknow, everyday just zooms past before me without even realising it.
and perhaps, this is the reason why i do not like the holiday's purpose.
I feel so useless, because i don't do anything during the december holidays, unlike the march, june and september holidays.

Today... AH, i slept late last night, so i slept in.
Woke up at around 8:15, and went for a really light jog.
I'm pleased that my knees could at least handle 2.4km.
At a darn slow pace of 2:40/420m or even 3min/420m.
Though the pain was on and off, i'm really glad that i didn't end up limping or anything.
which is great! :D

Then i had bakuteh for branch and went to Bedok for grocery shopping with my parents.
Came back home and napped for 2hrs before heading for toa payoh.
hahaha, i love today's main set, 1 x 100m fast.

Ah, but well, meeting my pb is obviously impossible right.
So i was around 2s behind my pb which is cool!
I haven't swam at that speed for ultra long, perhaps since june 2008.

Uhhuh, went with my other swimming friends to Changi Airport to send amanda off.
Hahah, i laugh alot with Xiu Wen around, cause it's super funny.
Hopefully Amanda will enjoy herself in Canada! :DD

It's late now, i think i should start on my homework soon.
My lack of discipline is freaking me out, seriously.
