"I have been enjoying cycling at the East Coast Park and hope to try other routes. I am very conscious that I cannot afford to fall and am really careful to do it safely (don't worry, Paul is really very vigilant and without his permission, I won't do it). Cycling in the early morning - it's wonderful to feel the cool breeze in my face and take in the sights - the greenery of the trees and the shrubs, the beautiful multicoloured bougainvella, the shimmering blue sea etc. We are so blessed to be able to enjoy and experience GOD's creation.

I am learning all the time - that GOD shows His grace to each of us in different ways and according to our needs. I may not have the blessing of "perfect" health but GOD grants sufficient grace to me, enough for me to be thankful and experience a feeling of blessedness.Remember to bless one another in this way - as Apostle Paul do all time as he ends each of his letters. "The grace of the LORD Jesus Christ be with your spirit." It is truly wonderful to experience GOD's grace! Amen"

I've been procrastinating and requesting daddy to bring me to another place to cycle until i chanced upon Aunt Lileng's blog, and realised that i haven't been appreciating ECP's wonderful scenery.

It's time i learn to appreciate things more, and thank GOD for his blessings yeah.
